This course imparts the fundamentals of change management, understanding how to anticipate, plan for, and effectively respond to changes in the business environment using change theories, design thinking approaches, communication strategies and best practices in stakeholder engagement. Emphasis is placed on the strategic aspects of change management, enabling Administrators to adapt to change and become proactive change agents in the change process fostering innovation and contributing to your organization's strategic success.
