Course description

If you enjoy music and want to know more about what makes it work, this is the course for you. Gain an understanding of rhythm, melody, and harmony, and learn to recognize pitches on the musical staff and on a keyboard. An emphasis on the structure of major scale and the signatures of major keys on a keyboard will be explored. Examine the many significant contributions early music theorists made to the understanding of music and be able to build intervals, major scales, and chords.

These 6-week online courses are designed for working professionals and those seeking personal advancement. From the start date, students have access to their courses 24/7.
