The Canadian agri-food sector is a dynamic and evolving with diverse challenges and opportunities. This course will examine trends in the agri-food sector with a focus on production practices, economics and the environment. Students will have an opportunity to evaluate emerging technologies for agri-businesses in relation to efficiency and economic viability.
