Course description

Building upon the skills learned in Medical Office Administration 1, this course provides students with both background knowledge and hands-on experience in administrative procedures performed by health office administrators in dental, optometry, chiropractic, and other wellness practices. Students will gain practical experience related to insurance, health and safety, diagnostics and client care that can be applied to a wide variety of health office environments.
