Course description

This course will provide students with the skills and knowledge of the legislation required to process payroll for employees. Students will recognize and use various government forms (Federal and Provincial) associated with payroll deductions and reporting. They will also make payroll calculations for gross pay, and statutory deductions. Legislation associated with the operation of a payroll department will be covered.
