Take an online course at your convenience through Conestoga and our partnership with ed2go.

Course access will become available for the advertised start date with course access being available 24/7 throughout the duration until the scheduled end date.

Getting started

Please arrange for the following prior to your course start date:

  1. Ensure that you have made payment to Conestoga College through the Student Portal.
  2. Visit the ed2go website to complete registration and activate your course by referencing the following steps (Please Note: No additional payment is required on the ed2go website).
    1. Locate your course by entering the course title into the search bar.
    2. Click on "Add to Cart".
    3. Click "Continue to Check out" (no payment is required on this site).
    4. For returning ed2go students:
      • Enter the username and password previously established.
      For new ed2go students:
      • Please complete the "New Student" account creation at the checkout where you will fill out a student profile form.
    5. Once your username and password are entered OR your new student account profile is created, you will then be taken to the "Confirm / Submit" page.
    6. Click "Checkout" (you will not be charged any fees).
Course access

You will be able to view the course once Conestoga has received and verified your payment and you have registered for your account at ed2go. When logging into your course, go to https://www.ed2go.com/conestoga/ and click on “Sign in”. To access your course, you will be required to enter the "email address" and a "password" as created on your profile. Make sure you read the information carefully and watch for announcements at this website once you have entered the course.   

If you plan to complete your course on your workplace computer, please check with your IT department as some companies will have a firewall in place to prevent downloads. If you encounter any technical difficulties accessing your course after the start date, please contact Technical Support at https://www.ed2go.com/conestoga/help.html  


Please ensure that the email on your profile is correct and matches the one used on the ed2go website. It is to this email address that we will be sending any potential communications.    


There are no textbooks required for ed2go courses. All content is available within the course site.   


Marks will take approximately three to four weeks to be processed after the course ends. They are posted on the Student Portal. You will require your student ID number and date of birth for the initial login. If you have any problems accessing the Student Portal, you may contact the Registrar's Office at 519-748-5220 ext. 3656. 


The refund deadline is 10 calendar days after the start date of the course. NO REFUNDS will be issued after this date.  

Students can drop a course using the Conestoga Student Portal and/or contacting the Registrar’s office ce@conestogac.on.ca  

Note: check the Student Portal for the deadline to drop the course without academic penalty if you are unable to complete the course after the refund deadline.
