Graduates of this program will be positioned for careers within process and operations quality management. Students will learn the foundational purpose and importance of establishing, maintaining, and improving a quality management system in compliance with various ISO standards. Students will focus on process standardization, risk, and failure mode mitigation, as well as Lean concepts with practical application.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses or workshops that focus on a specific discipline. Typically less than 136 hours and may or may not include formal assessment. The criteria are determined by the college.
