This hybrid delivered micro-credential focuses on the skills required for supervision in Early Childhood Education. It prepares anyone working in Early Childhood Education an opportunity to gain supervisory skills for working in community and child care spaces and places importance on skill building in human resources and financial management, pedagogical leadership and understanding the Early Years Act.
