This micro-credential is aimed at participants who wish to help users in a business by diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software on networked systems. The courses in this micro-credential will provide the skills necessary to identify, problem-solve, and communicate a solution for the most common IT related issues faced by users. Students who successfully complete all courses in this micro-credential will receive a Recognition of Professional Development from Conestoga College.
Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses or workshops that focus on a specific discipline. Typically less than 136 hours and may or may not include formal assessment. The criteria are determined by the college.
