Health Care Operations



This program is designed for students who want to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health care service operations. To support improved patient outcomes, effective service delivery, and efficient organizational practices, health care leaders must continuously evaluate, redesign and update the way services are designed and delivered. In this module, students will gain insight and skills in using process design methodologies and explore best practices in project management. These courses also form part of the Healthcare Administration Management Post-Graduate Certificate Program.

For successful completion of this micro-credential, students will successfully complete and pass all courses listed.



Awarded by the Registrar's Office to those who have successfully completed a defined list of related courses that focus on a specific competency. Typically less than 136 hours and include assessment. The quality criteria are determined by the college.
