This program is designed for students who want to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health care service operations. To support improved patient outcomes, effective service delivery, and efficient organizational practices, health care leaders must continuously evaluate, redesign and update the way services are designed and delivered. In this module, students will gain insight and skills in using process design methodologies and explore best practices in project management. Upon completion of the 2 courses, students will receive a Recognition of Professional Development from Conestoga College. These courses also form part of the Healthcare Administration Management Post Graduate Certificate Program.
