Course description

This is an introductory course in math and statistics. The course covers fundamentals of statistics, simple descriptive statistics, an introduction to statistical inference, probability, and binomial probability distribution. Students will be able to practice mathematical formulae as they relate to statistical methods as well as apply software to solve statistical problems.
