Recommended: PROG1330 Problem Solving and Programming Concepts and knowledge of the internet. This course introduces students to computer programming through the Java programming language. The focus is on language fundamentals to provide a solid foundation for further study. Topics include: creating, compiling, running, debugging and documenting Java programs; object-oriented programming fundamentals, selection and looping. Successful completion of this course will enable you to write basic object-oriented programs in Java.
