Course description

This course will involve an analysis of municipal government and bylaws as well as provincial legislation and regulations; and will include attention to property standards and zoning. Students will interpret legislation and discuss associated issues and evidence through an examination and analysis of relevant cases. Students will also review the government and organizational structures and the roles through which these elements are enacted.
