Recommended: Completion of Module 1 - Introduction to Maintenance Management (PEMA0010).Detailed studies of planning and scheduling methods, production management and quality control methods in a maintenance environment are discussed in this course. Topics include the critical path method, Gantt charts, benchmarking, and decision-making strategies. Please note: This course is Module 2 of 8.
