The function of master planning is to balance customer demands and supply realities. This course offers an in-depth analysis of the activities necessary to accomplish this balance. Areas of study include demand management, sales and operations planning, and master scheduling. Students will use spreadsheet-based software to develop models to apply these concepts to business scenarios.
