Upon successful completion of this course the student will have developed a basic knowledge of family law practice and procedures as defined by the Rules of Civil Procedure for Ontario and the Family Law Act as required in the role of a Legal Assistant. This course will include knowledge of domestic contracts, divorce procedure, and family litigation.
