Course description
This course looks at the role of Senior Management in Retirement Communities in the areas of planning, organizing, leading and controlling of resources to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. Areas of discussion include people, inventory, information, skills, financial capital, best practices, interaction with the community as well as Bill 21, Ontario Retirement Homes Act.
