Course description

This 30-hour online course will provide a focus on assessment and planning for the psychosocial and spiritual needs of the aging individual with special attention given to understanding aging in Canada; personality development; self-perception and self-concept; communication skills required for an older clientele; verbal and non-verbal communication techniques plus cultural variables.
