Course description

Recommended: 2 years law office experienceCorporate Law involves the preparation and filing of articles for incorporation of corporations and completion of their organization, the preparation and filing of documents in connection with variations in the constitution of corporations, winding-up, registration in other jurisdictions, preparation of agenda and minutes, preparation and filing of returns. In this area of law, it is necessary to be familiar with the many statutes and regulations governing the formation and operation of corporations. Students must register through ILCO to write the final exam.
