Course description

This course provides an in-depth knowledge of musculo-skeletal and integumentary system emergencies. It covers advanced concepts of musculo-skeletal and integumentary system assessment and pathophysiology and the clinical management of musculo-skeletal and integumentary system injury in an emergency setting, including related pharamacology. Among the topics discussed in detail are injury management, muscular trauma, burns and skin disorders. This course is part of the Emergency Nursing program.
