Leaders need to recruit, orient, maintain and motivate individuals and teams as part of their business strategies. This course is designed to provide a broad survey of leadership theories. Focus will be placed upon the application of leadership principles to the management of projects. Students will compare the various leadership theories, explain the difference between leadership and management and discuss issues of ethics within projects
