Senior Leaders in the not-for-profit sector are required to inspire, engage and influence while leading through complicated and adverse situations. This course explores various models of leadership, the competencies required to be a successful leader, relationship building and change management. With a focus on personal development, learners reflect on their own skills and attributes as they prepare for their work as Senior Leaders.
