This course will cover the fundamentals of project time and cost management as defined by PMI’s® PMBOK®. Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of project time management including estimation techniques, critical path identification, project float analysis, and defining and sequencing project activities using Network Diagrams. In the second part of the course, students will be introduced to the basic concepts of project cost management including estimating costs, determining the project budget, and controlling project costs. Students will be introduced to estimation techniques as well as the basic concepts of Earned Value Management (EVM).
