Course description

This course introduces students to the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to work in a customer-centric position. The fundamental concepts of delivering and monitoring excellent service, service recovery and essential employee service training techniques will be reviewed. Students will also obtain Smart Serve Industry certification upon completing and passing the Smart Serve Ontario test.
