Course description

The field placement will provide the student with the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge and skills in the role of the food service worker in a care setting. Students will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to prepare and serve safe, nutritious meals and snacks in accordance with best practices and legislation to enhance the client's quality of life.
