Course description

Using skills in a hands-on manner with a travel agency or tour operator, this class' working hours, days and times will be arranged on an individual basis to satisfy both the agency/operator and the student. Ticketing, including completing ticket exchanges and refunds and all aspects of car/hotel reservation procedures and fundamental geography will be demonstrated.
