This course focuses on strategies for fostering creativity and innovation, and processes for developing entrepreneurial ventures. The scope of the course encompasses new business formation and initiatives within established organizations. Case studies range from small enterprises to large firms. Student teams will apply their entrepreneurial abilities to work through a number of business development challenges.
