Participants in this Italian themed class will enjoy a delicious home-made Linguine Carbonara and an appetizer of Prosciutto and Melon with Cucumber and Mint. Demonstration will include hand mixing pasta dough and shaping various noodles including farfalle, Orecchiette and Tortellini. We will then proceed to walk you through dinner! Specialized equipment - pasta machine recommended (otherwise a rolling pin), cutting board or countertop you can slice on, roll cutter/pizza cutter
