Course description

This is your start up to an amazing journey through your culinary and baking labs. With this foundations course you will gain basic knowledge and skills which will enable you to move on to our wide variety of up and coming courses. An introduction to kitchen expectations will be delivered, including the course essential toolkit, Conestoga Cook shirt, apron, side towel and chef hat.You will be required to attend in long pants and closed toe, clean indoor non-slip shoes for all our culinary and baking courses.(This course is a mandatory course to move on to the special topics)
