This custom Food Processing Quality Assurance Training is designed with a special focus on HACCP. Throughout the training, participants will learn about HACCP history, key components such as GMPs & SOPS. They will review the seven principles of a HACCP plan, regulation, verification and validation. Participants will examine the 4 levels of the quality assurance system, internal auditing practices and Total Quality Management systems.
