Course description
In this instructor led workshop students will examine their emotional intelligence to better understand how they can contribute to equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace. Students will understand the roles self-awareness and self-regulation play in recognizing bias, as well as how to communicate with empathy, embrace diversity, and contribute towards a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
