This class will go in-depth with stuffed pastas, both Italian and world-wide. Participants will learn the fundamentals of preparing lean and enriched pasta doughs, and will practice shaping tortellini, rotolo, gyoza, wontons and pierogis. Come enjoy a meal and a glass of wine - bring a friend!!
