Course description

Sausages can be considered an almost perfect food. International in nature, they combine herbs, meats, vegetables, fruits, and grains in a natural casing. They can be poached, boiled, steamed, baked, fried, roasted, or grilled. The ingredients blend together when cooked, basted in their own savoury juices. Then when eaten, the flavours burst upon your palate in the most festive way possible. This hands-on class is for chefs and chef-wanna-be’s, who wish to explore this area of charcuterie and learn to make sausages from fresh ingredients.
