This course primarily is concerned with the property development, investment and finances. Topics covered are development processes, site analysis and selection, market studies, estimating development cost, developing integrated financial cash flow, land development, lease, buy or build analysis, project economics during construction, financial modelling using MS Excel, risk analysis. The course also reviews the different types of project finance and delivery methods.
