Course description

This course provides students with an opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and organizational skills required for leading or managing small teams. Students will learn the importance of initiative, soft skills, and the importance of stakeholder management. Students will have an opportunity to work with a variety of document sharing and storage platforms, as well as virtual collaboration tools used in a remote or global workplace.
