Course description

Demonstration of skill competence in terms of planning and conducting a needs analysis, designing and delivering an instructional unit combined with evaluation and the promotion of the transfer of learning are necessary to fulfil the requirements of the Teacher/Trainer of Adults – Performance and Learning of Adults program. Students will create and deliver a capstone learning project including the design and development of a significant piece of curriculum, delivered it to their peers based on the needs analysis. Evaluation methodology and supporting the transfer of learning will be included. As well, students will identify ongoing opportunities to continue their own professional development.
