Transfer of Learning and Evaluation

Course description

This course provides an overview of theory, issues and fundamental principles as they apply to evaluation and the transfer of learning from training to on-the-job performance. Students gain insight into the effectiveness of the learning through various types of assessments to better understand if learning objectives have been met. Terminology and application of selected methods are explored. Students will examine various types of evaluations and create instrument measurement tools.
